My son LOVES these little apple cookies! They make a fantastic afternoon snack and are loaded with nutrients. What more can a parent ask for?! You can top these off with anything you’d like. My son prefers PB, as do I. Adding chia seeds are fun too! AND you[‘re getting a good dose of healthy Omegas!
Ingredients
- 1 large apple, cored
- 2 tablespoons organic, unsweetened peanut butter OR any nut butter
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons dark chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons white chocolate chips or yogurt chips
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
- 2 teaspoons raisins or dried cranberries
Process
1. Top apple slices with nut butter and then let your kids create their own cookies!
