Avocado Ranch Dressing

Good afternoon everyone! I have been gearing up to start the 21-Day Fix and have been exploring some recipe options. I came up with this avocado ranch dressing after seeing a picture on pinterest. I’ve never been a huge fan of ranch dressing, but was always an avocado lover. While this dressing does taste a lot like ranch, I’m obsessed with it! I’ve been putting it on absolutely everything I can. I really hope you enjoy this beyond simple recipe! Be sure to share it with your friends and family.
**Use an orange salad dressing container for the 21-Day Fix!

 
(paleo, vegan, gluten-free, 21-Day Fix)
Makes 8-12 servings 
Ingredients
  • 1 large avocado, diced
  • 1/3-1/2 cup canned light coconut milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Juice from 1 lemon 

Process

1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Start with only 1/3 cup coconut milk.
2. Blend and add more coconut milk to reach your desired consistency.
3. Store in an air-tight container for up to 1 week!
