Raw Vegan Banana Bread

I came up with this recipe on a whim yesterday. It’s delicious and SO easy! It’s 100% raw and will satisfy a picky eater!

Ingredients:

  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed or 1/2 cup ground sprouted buckwheat
  • 1/4 cup ground hempseeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Process:
1.Process all ingredients in a food processor.
2.Spread out onto a dehydrator sheet(1/4 inch thick)
3.Score your bread to make it easier to divide when it’s done.
4.Dehydrate at 115 degrees for 12 hours until desired consistency.

Notes**
*If you don’t have a dehydrator preheat your oven to the lowest possible temperature and dry out until you’ve reached desired consistency!
*If you don’t like flax seed or buckwheat, feel free to use just hemp seeds. I have made it both ways and it’s all delicious!
